By accessing or using Praelyx (the "Service"), operated by Seraphim Group ("Company," "we," "us"), you ("Customer," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Praelyx is a pre-send communication risk analysis engine. The Service analyzes outbound email content for legal, regulatory, and reputational risk before messages are sent. The Service is delivered through:
The Service is available to businesses and organizations. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of your organization.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You must notify us immediately at security@praelyx.com if you become aware of unauthorized access to your account.
API keys are confidential and must not be shared, published, or embedded in client-side code. Each API key is tied to a specific organization and must not be used across organizational boundaries.
Praelyx does not store, log, cache, or persist any email content at rest. All content analysis occurs in ephemeral memory and is deleted immediately after risk scoring. This commitment is enforced by technical architecture and verified by cryptographic attestation.
Email content submitted for analysis is:
We collect non-content analysis metadata (risk scores, categories, processing times, character counts) for service quality, organizational baselines, and anomaly detection. This metadata contains zero email content. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Each analysis returns a cryptographic attestation (HMAC-SHA256 signed proof) that certifies content was not stored. You may verify this independently. Attestation records are available for 90 days.

The Service is offered in three tiers: Starter, Pro, and Enterprise. Plan details, features, and pricing are described on our Pricing page.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
Plan upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Starter plan: usage exceeding the included analysis limit is billed at $0.02 per analysis. You will be notified at 80% of your limit.
For Enterprise customers under an active subscription: if Praelyx fails to flag a risk pattern in an email that was analyzed by the Service, and that email subsequently becomes the basis for documented legal liability, Praelyx will cover verified legal costs up to $1,000,000.
The Praelyx Guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
The aggregate liability under the Praelyx Guarantee for any single customer is $1,000,000 per 12-month period.
The Service, including risk analysis models, patterns, algorithms, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Seraphim Group. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.
You retain all rights to your email content. Because we do not store your content, no intellectual property rights in your content are transferred to us.
Praelyx is a risk identification tool. It is not a substitute for legal counsel. Risk assessments are generated by AI analysis and may not identify all risks. You should consult qualified legal professionals for legal advice specific to your situation.
While Praelyx is designed to identify a broad range of communication risks, no automated system can identify every possible risk in every possible context. The Service reduces risk; it does not eliminate it.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. In the event of Service unavailability, the extensions are designed to "fail open," allowing emails to be sent without analysis rather than blocking communications.
Except under the Praelyx Guarantee (Section 7), our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seraphim Group from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
You may terminate your subscription at any time by contacting us at access@praelyx.com. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we reasonably determine that your use of the Service poses a security risk. We will provide 30 days written notice before termination for non-breach reasons.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will be deactivated. Because we do not store email content, there is no content to return or delete. Analysis metadata will be purged within 30 days of termination. Account data will be deleted within 30 days upon request.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active customers at least 30 days in advance via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Enterprise agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Praelyx regarding the Service.
